 Step 1 - First click on Start Button.

Step 2 - After that click on Control Panel as following this picture.


Step 3 - Click on Make the Key-board easier to use.


Step 4 - Check the Turn on Mouse key and click OK and you also set up its setting by using below Set Mouse key.
